Customer Care

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. The Gift and Bow creates gifts as if they were for our own friends and families. We place great care and detail to each and every gift. If you ever have any questions please feel free to contact us at info@thegiftandbow.com

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made of equal of greater value, without notice, to ensure the delivery of your gift within a reasonable time. It is important to us that you know exactly what you are buying, however, situations beyond our control may arise such as supply issues or sold out items. This is a rare occurrence but we want you to know that your gift bundles will always be of the highest quality and design. We will do everything we can to exceed your expectations   

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is ever a problem with your order or a product you have received, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you. If there is breakage during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items to arrange for an exchange. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to make that happen. 

Undelivered Items 

It is important to us that the recipient receives their gift in a timely manner. If your gift is being delivered by courier and no one is available to accept the package, the driver reserves the right to take the package and return it to The Gift and Bow. We will not leave gifts unattended (unless specifically noted to do so by the sender or receiver) and will arrange for another delivery time. An additional delivery fee will be required since the courier will be making a second trip. Please ensure you provide the recipients number at checkout in case we need to let them know they have a delivery. Gifts delivered by postal service will be shipped out in the given time frame. Postal delays, unfortunately, are out of out control. We thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations 

Due to the handmade nature of our gifts, once your order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations. If there is a change you would like to make and your order has not been wrapped or sent for shipment you may contact us and we will do our best to make the change you request. The Gift and Bow reserves the right to cancel an order without notice if deemed necessary. This would be a very rare instance and the cancellation would be due to unforeseen circumstances such as and not limited to incorrect shipping, billing, payment information, items out of stock and/or undeliverable. You will always be notified through the email provided of any changes or alterations to your order.
